JNR Grand Realty has emerged from a rich history of almost 50 years and has encompassed many facets of the real estate industry, including development, management, leasing and sales. Josh Ruben, its broker, has family roots in the apartment and shopping center leasing and management business since the 70's. Started by his grandfather, Bernard, and joined by his dad, Larry, the business has evolved into what it is today. JNR Grand Realty is a commercial real estate brokerage company that specializes in retail centers and flex warehouse space in Ohio.

Josh Ruben — Commercial Real Estate Expert

Josh Ruben began his career in real estate in 1998 by joining Plaza Properties, a family business started by his grandfather, Bernard Ruben. In 2001 he earned his real estate license and joined LGR Realty with his father, Larry Ruben. In 2014, he acquired his broker's license with LGR Realty. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, with a degree in Journalism, and a member of ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers. In Ohio, Josh's listings include Airport Plaza, Bexley Centres, Hunter's Run and North High Center.
